About the role

Google's line of products and services to our clients never stops growing. The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Executive relationships (including C-level) with top partners within the Video vertical and develop a strong industry presence by representing Google in industry events
  • Create and structure new agreement proposals, agreement renewals and amendments to business generation partnerships, covering commercial, pricing, legal and operational aspects, acting as point of contact with corresponding internal support functions (Legal, Finance, Compliance, etc.)
  • Lead annual business plans for Video vertical partners, including development of business goals, strategic initiatives and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Be accountable partners' business performance by partnering with Business Leads to assess the optimization pipeline they develop and execute on, and share latest developments of partners' business strategy and goals
  • Develop a view of how Google's entire product and solutions suite can help address your partners' key needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience in strategy and business development within consulting, technology, digital media, advertising, or broadcast industry
  • Experience using data analytics to frame partnerships, including contractual and financial models
  • Experience with the digital video and the broadcast industry (traditional linear and digital), its business models (SVOD, AVOD, etc.) and technologies (video ad serving, Dynamic Ad Insertion)
